Arizona, here I come!

I decided to create a new blog for several reasons:

  • Most of my readers are English speaking
  • A URL address saying "God is faithful all the time" in Spanish is an extremely long and complicated phrase to type out in Spanish
  • New season! New start!
For all purposes, in case you would like to visit my old blog [I tried to be faithful in updating but I confess it is pretty bare] here is the link: Life in the DR

And so the countdown begins, ONE more day left til I leave for Arizona! I admit this countdown should have started a LONG time ago, but to be quite honest my brain had a tough enough time realizing that I was moving. Some call this denial. Yep, that's what I call it too! Reality struck when I started packing and asking myself, "How am I going to get this all to fit into my Honda, Civic?" Ehhh... we will see about that!

My life since I got back to Georgia on June 10th has been filled with calls, emails, driving, meeting with people, sleeping and not sleeping [these tend to happen in extremes with me], unpacking, packing, and this summer will end with a HUGE roadtrip to the West!

One thing that has just amazed me is the wonderful people in my life! I continue to be amazed just how God has blessed me through these relationships. Independence has always been my freedom. When I started Crusade, I knew that quickly had to change. It hasn't been easy. To not lie, I have huge needs. But yet, I have felt immensely loved through this process.

Well, welcome to my blog, welcome to my life, fasten your seatbelt because it's gonna be a bumpy ride. lol It's just me "being made ready."
